FRANCES LARSEN

HASTINGS - Frances Larsen,
93 of Hastings died May 8 at Ale-
gent Health Mercy Hospital in
Council Bluffs.

She was born in Council Bluffs
and lived in Council Bluffs and
Logan before moving to Hastings
in 1961. She was a farm wife and
homemaker. She was a member
of Hastings United Methodist
Church and the Methodist Christian
Women's Club.

Mrs. Larsen was preceded in death
by her husband, Arthur, in 1974.

Survivors include four daughters,
Mary Lou Burbridge of Ute, Anna Lee
Atkinson of Council Bluffs, Sally Frazier
of Las Cruces, N.M., and Linda Altermatt
of Geneseo, Ill.; three sons, Dick of Santa
Cruz, Calif., Don of Altoona and Art of
Pittsfield, Mass.; 32 grandchildren, 56
great-grandchildren and nine great-great-
grand-children.

Funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the
Hastings Methodist Church with the Rev.
Tom Lewis officiating. Visitation will be
Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church.

Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery
in Council Bluffs.

Hertz Funeral Home in Malvern is in
charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be offered to the Hastings
Methodist Church.
