In Memory: Marian E. Clark

Marian E. Clark, 94, of Council Bluffs died September 28 at Northcrest Care and Rehabilitation Center.

Mrs. Clark was born July 9, 1907, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to Clifford T. and Marian E. (Bade) Booth. She graduated from Central High School in Minneapolis in 1923. She later received two years of secretarial training. She was employed as a secretary for the superintendent of the Aberdeen School System in South Dakota, retiring in 1969.

She moved to Council Bluffs from Scottsbluff, Nebraska, in August of this year.

She was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist in Scottsbluff. She was also a member of the Scottsbluff Y.M.C.A.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, J. Edmund Wood, in 1976, and second husband, Eddie F. Clark, in 1993.

Survivors include one daughter, Elizabeth Krivokucha and husband, Michael, of Council Bluffs; one sister, Louise Booth of Minneapolis, two sisters in law and nieces and nephews.

Burial of ashes was held Wednesday at 11 A.M.. at Fairview Cemetery in Scottsbluff. A memorial service was held Wednesday at 1 P.M.. at Jolliffe Funeral Home in Scottsbluff.

Memorials may be given to the First Church of Christ Scientist in Scottsbluff.

Belford O'Neill Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
