In Memory: Alice V. Sigler
Alice V. Sigler, 94, of Florence home in Omaha died January 18 at NHS University Hospital in Omaha.
She was born July 28, 1907, to August and Fredericka (Pletat) Goldapp in York Township near Quick. She was retired from Pendleton Woolen Mills as an inspector after 15 years. She also worked for Tip Top during World War II, Frito-Lay and Northrup-Jones. She was a member of Mount Hope Methodist Church, Order of Eastern Star and a past member of the White Shrine.
Mrs. Sigler was preceded in death by her husband, Dudley, in 1991.
Survivors include a son, Richard and wife Kathy of Omaha; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family was held at Belford-O’Neill Funeral Home. The funeral was Tuesday morning at the funeral home with the Rev. Roger Prescott officiating. Burial was in Cedar Lawn Cemetery.
Belford-O’Neill Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
