Pioneer Farmer dies Tuesday Following Short Illness

John Krummel, 76, died at a Council Bluffs hospital Tuesday, October 31 following a short illness.

Mr. Krummell was one of the pioneer farmers of this territory. Funeral services will be held at the First Lutheran church, Friday, November 3 at 2 pm with the Reverend Joseph Gerlt officiating.

Burial will be in Graceland cemetery. Blust Bros. are in charge of the services. A complete obituary will be published in next week’s issue of the Journal Herald.
