Henry T. Rock

Henry T. Rock, 72, prominent Pottawattamie grain and livestock producer, died at his home southwest of Avoca, Wednesday. He had been an invalid for the last year. Death was due to paralysis.

Mr. Rock was born at Dixon, Iowa and at the age of 23 he moved to his farm southwest of Avoca where he carried on extensive farm operation for 48 years.

He is survived by his widow, Wilhelmina; a daughter, Mrs. Robert Lafferty of Harlan; three sons, Elmer, Earl, and Edwin of Avoca, and three grandchildren.

The funeral arrangements are tentative, but a service will be held at the country home at 2 pm Saturday. Blust Brothers are in charge.
