Nellie Larimore (Class of 1889)

Funeral services will be held for Miss Nellie Eugenia Larimore, former Avoca school teacher, Friday at 2 pm at the Blust-Berthusen funeral home. The Rev. J. M. DeBerg will officiate. Burial will be at Graceland cemetery.
Miss Larimore died Tuesday at the home of her sister, Miss Mabel Larimore of Avoca, after being bedfast for 12 years. She came to Avoca in 1884 and graduated from the Avoca high school in 1889. She then taught grade school here for 29 years. From 1918 to 1943, she lived in Kansas City and was employed by a bank there.
