Anna M. Louie

Anna Mae Louie, 87, of Omaha died Jan. 22 at Alegent Health Bergan Mercy Hospital.

She was born June 10, 1915, in Fairbury, Neb., to Lyman A. and Anna (Bean) Daniels. She lived in Council Bluffs from 1924 until she moved to Omaha in 1974. She was a 1933 graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church for 54 years, and a former member of Federated Women's Club.

Mrs. Louie and her husband, Jack M., were married 60 years. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Nancy Ann.

Survivors in addition to her husband include one daughter, Dorothy "Dottie" Mass, of Council Bluffs; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren.

Visitation with the family will be tonight from 7 to 8:30 at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. The funeral will be Friday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Marvin Arnpriester of Broadway United Methodist Church officiating. The body will be cremated following the service and the cremains will be interred at Ridgewood cemetery at a later date.

Memorials may be offered to Broadway United Methodist Church.
