Douglas A. Mueller

Douglas A. Mueller, 38, of Council Bluffs died Jan. 4 at Alegent Health Mercy Hospital.

He was born Nov. 4, 1964, in Council Bluffs to Harry Mueller and Judith McDowell Mueller. He was a 1983 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School. He was a truck driver.

He was preceded in death by a nephew, Matthew.

Survivors include his parents of Council Bluffs; one sister, Kathy Springer, and husband, Jon, of Omaha; two brothers, Greg and wife, Bonnie, and Kelly and wife, Trudi, all of Council Bluffs; four nieces; one nephew.

Visitation with the family will be tonight from 6:30 to 8 at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home.

The funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Roger Prescott of St. John's Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, followed by a luncheon at American Legion Club.
