Sherman Pike

The funeral for Sherman Pike, 84, of Council Bluffs will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Queen of Apostles Church.

Mr. Pike died Jan. 5.

Mr. Pike was preceded in death by Helen, his wife of 52 years, and a son, William.

Survivors include two sons, Don and wife, Christina, of Council Bluffs and Arnie "Tom" and wife, Marilyn, of California; daughter-in-law, Penny, of Oregon; two sisters, Pearl Adams and husband, Glen, of Council Bluffs and Sylvia Koffel of Papillion; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. with a rosary at 7:30 p.m. at McCurdy Funeral Home. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Cemetery.

Memorials may be offered to Queen of Apostles or Hospice Preferred.
