In Memory: Beryl Yochem Prai

Beryl M. Yochem Prai, 87, of Council Bluffs died December 28 at Bethany Lutheran Home.

She was born June 14, 1916, in Weston to Ernest and Emma Doty Yochem. She attended McClelland High School and graduated from Underwood High School in 1933. She was a portrait artist.

Mrs. Prai and her husband, Harold W., were married 61 years.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, include her brother, Ernie Yochem, and wife, Marjorie, of Council Bluffs.

Visitation was held Tuesday evening at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Marvin D. Arnpriester, pastor, Broadway Methodist Church officiating.

Burial was in Walnut Hill Cemetery.

Memorials may be offered to Alzheimer's Association.
