Grace H. Oden, 90, of Council Bluffs, passed away January 31, 2008, at Bethany Lutheran Home.

Grace was born April 8, 1917, in Pella, Iowa to John and Wilhelmina (Voss) Hessling.

She was preceded in death by her husband Howard T. Oden in 1990; and an infant daughter Cecelia.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Michele and Carl Foutch, Jayne and Kirk Herring and Lori and Randy Nordlund; grandchildren, Jayme, Jenna and Jeff Hurd and Joshua Nordlund; great grandchildren, Blake, Brody and Ava; sister, Minnie Larsen.

Memorial services will be held Sunday 11:00 a.m. at the Maher-Livingston Funeral Home with Chaplain Frank Fast officiating. The family will receive friends with a visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. Memorials are suggested to The Bethany Lutheran Home.
