Jeanette "Jan" June Choplick, age 67, passed away December 9, 2007.

Jan was born July 1, 1940 to Willie and Hazel (McDowell) Brandon in Glenwood, Iowa.

Jan was preceded in death by her husband Ollider "Chops" Choplick; parents, Willie and Hazel Brandon; step-mother, Myrtle Brandon; brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Martha Brandon; brothers, William Brandon and Dale "Wayne" Brandon.

Jan will be sadly missed by her sisters, Margaret Frost and husband, Gary, Sharon Cordell and husband, Jack, Patricia Goerig and husband, Jim; brother, Galen Brandon and wife Opal; sister-in-law, Kathy Brandon; numerous nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m., Wednesday at Maher-Livingston Funeral Home with a rosary at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Gerald's Catholic Church, 9602 Q. St., Omaha, Ne. Following a luncheon at the church a committal service will be held at Glenwood Cemetery in Glenwood, Iowa. Memorials may be directed to the St. Gerald's Catholic Church.
