Lucia Marie (Amenta) Bockmann (May 27, 1938 - December 6, 2007), age 69 years, of Carter Lake, Iowa.

Preceded in death by parents, Sebastiano and Concetta Amenta; sister and brother-in-law, Rose and Ross Pirruccello.

Survived by husband, James Bockmann; children, Jamie Sculley and husband, Kevin of Omaha, David Bockmann and wife, Gayl of Naples, Fla., Lisa Pullum and husband, Eric of Omaha, Jeffrey Bockmann and wife, Dawn of Omaha; grandchildren: Christopher and Jordan Sculley, Robyn Gibson and husband, Peter, Ashley and Zachary Bockmann; great grandchildren: Lissa, Logan and Lauren Gibson; sister and brother-in-law, Josie and Larry Salerno of Carter Lake; nephew, Dean Janda; nieces, Mary Jo Turpen and Jetta Ellrott.

Vigil Service Wednesday, 7:00 p.m., West Center Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, 10:00 a.m., Our Lady of Carter Lake Catholic Church, 3501 No. 9th Street. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family. Visitation from 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, with family receiving friends 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the West Center Chapel.
