Gregory N. Raus, age 46, of Council Bluffs passed away November 25, 2007, at UNMC in Omaha.

Greg was born July 13, 1961, in Council Bluffs to Leonard and Delores (Ernst) Raus. He was a carman for CCP/IC Railroad of Council Bluffs and later for BNSF Railroad of Lincoln, Neb. Greg loved to fish with his companion "Bufford".

He was preceded in death by his Uncle "Rey", Uncle "Ed" and cousin Eric.

Greg is survived by his sons, Neil and Matthew Raus; parents, Leonard and Delores Raus; sisters, Cindy Larison, all of Council Bluffs, Teresa Raus of Neola; brother, Leonard Raus, Jr. of Council Bluffs; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends, and his beloved dog, "Bufford".

Visitation with the family, Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Funeral Service, Thursday, 1:00 p.m. at the mortuary with Rev. Don Bates, pastor of Lighthouse Temple officiating. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery with a lunch following at Lighthouse Temple.
