Ronald L. Koopmeiners, Sr., age 60, passed away November 21, 2007.

He was born on December 29, 1946, in Council Bluffs, to Maxine and Roman Koopmeiners, both preceding him in death. Ronald graduated high school from Thomas Jefferson and worked for Aquila for 42 years.

Survivors include wife, Sheryl; sons and families of Nathan, Kirk, Craig and Ronald, Jr.; daughters and families of Corri, Lisa, and Lorianne.

Visitation with the family, Sunday, 6:30 to 9 p.m., at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Funeral service, Monday, 11 a.m., at Saint John Lutheran Church, luncheon will immediately follow funeral services.
