Suzanne Mae Schropp, age 68, Council Bluffs, passed away November 9, 2007, after a long illness.

She was born in Council Bluffs, raised in Crescent, but spent most her life in Council Bluffs. She was a dedicated mother and was a secretary of Volunteer Services at Mercy Hospital for many years. She was a 1957 graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School.

She was preceded in death by father, Paul Dewaele.

She is survived by mother, Dorothy Dewaele of Crescent; sons, Michael Schropp of Crescent and Thomas Schropp of Omaha. Grandchildren, Ashley Schropp and Jill Schropp, both of Council Bluffs and Kyle Schropp of Crescent.

Visitation will be Monday from 6-8 p.m at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Graveside services Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Marvin Arnpriester officiating. Family and friends meet at cemetery.
