Donna G. Marohl, 64 years, of Council Bluffs, passed away November 8, 2007, at Jennie Edmundson Hospital.

She was born January 7, 1943, in Council Bluffs to Donald and Maxine (Henderson) Schafer. A 1961 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School. She was a retired Office Manager for Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. with over 30 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary A. Marohl on October 28, 2004.

Survivors include her sons, Donald C. Marohl and wife, Janet, Brian Marohl and wife, Carla; grandchildren, Justin, Corey, Megan, Joshua Marohl; mother, Maxine Campbell; sister, Diana Meyers and her friend, Mark Walters, all of Council Bluffs; close cousins, Betty Lou Dossett of Columbia, Ill., Lorraine Petkus of Calif.; nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family Sunday, 6 to 8 p.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Funeral services Monday, 1 p.m. at the funeral home, Captain Joel Arthur, Salvation Army, will officiate. Interment in Cedar Lawn Cemetery followed by a luncheon at American Legion Club.

Memorials are suggested to the Heart Association.
