Donald J. Elrod, age 52, passed away November 5, 2007, in a three truck collision at Dogwood and 300th street.

Don was born September 26, 1955, in Omaha, and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. Don and Debra S. Myers were married on July 28, 1979. Don worked for Omaha Door and Window as a installer for the past 19 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

First and foremost in Don's life, came his wife and girls.

Don is survived by his wife, Debbie; daughters, Lindsay and Carrie; mother, Hazel Stalnaker of Grove, Okla.; sisters, Pamela Gillard and husband, Terry, also of Grove, and Robin Mitchell and husband, Mark of Grand Junction, Colo., aunt, uncle, nieces, nephews and many many friends.

Visitation with family Sunday 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Funeral services Monday 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home, Rev. Marvin Arnpriester, officiant. Interment Garner Township Cemetery. Memorials to the wishes of the family.
