William Lee Peffer, Sr., age 59, of Logan, Iowa died Sunday, October 28, 2007 at the Mercy Hospital in Council Bluffs.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Ann, of Logan, Iowa; children, Melissa Leona Peffer, of Council Bluffs, William Lee Peffer, Jr., of Logan, Iowa, Coleen Gail (Peffer) Kline and husband, Keith, of Council Bluffs, Timothy Shane Peffer, of Logan; sister, Diane Peffer, of Omaha, Neb.; brothers, Tim Peffer and wife, Deb, Walt Peffer and wife, Mary, both of Omaha, Neb.; grandchildren, Kristina Lynn Kline, Kimberly Ann Kline, Kenneth Charles Kline, all of Council Bluffs.

Visitation with the family will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday with a Wake Service at 7 p.m. at the Hennessey-Aman Funeral Home in Missouri Valley. Mass of Christian Burial, 11 a.m., Friday, November 2, 2007, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Missouri Valley. Final Resting Place in Branson Cemetery, Loveland, Iowa.
