Phyllis Louise Harvey, age 90, of Oakland, Iowa, passed away October 30, 2007 at the Oakland Manor Nursing Home.

She was born October 31, 1916 to Raymond and Francis Hazel (Hough) Bingham on her parents farm southeast of Hancock, Iowa.

She is preceded in death by her husband; her son; and her parents.

She is survived by her daughter, Hazel McArthur and husband, Frank, of Oakland; 3 step-grandchildren; and 2 step great grandchildren.

Visitation with the family will be Friday, November 2, 2007, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Rieken Vieth Funeral Home in Oakland. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Oakland United Methodist Church. Interment will be at the Oaklawn Cemetery in Oakland.
