Des MoinesKeontae Horton, 11 months, passed away May 15, 2011.
Funeral services will be held 12 p.m. Saturday May 21 at Reconcilers Worship Center (92031st Street). A visitation will be at the funeral home from 1 to 5 pm.m Friday May 20.
Left to cherish Keontae's memory are his parents Iesha Shade-Butts and Richard Horton; four brothers and five sisters.
