He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon L. and Priscilla (Brown) Beaman, and a sister Darlene Johnson.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Silverio of Des Moines, his sister, Colleen Ellis of California, four children - Jeffrey Beaman and family of Fort Collins, Co; Jonathan Beaman of Des Moines; IA; Jennifer Beaman and son of Lakewood, CO, Jacqueline Reiff and family of Winterset, IA and two step-sons, Mike and Mark Silverio of Ankeny, IA.
