GRANGER MAN DIED at FARRAGUT

Funeral Services Held in Des Moines Monday - Leaves Many Relatives Throughout the County

James T. Marsh, apprentice seaman, 24 of Granger, died March 20th of pneumonia in the naval hospital at Farragut, Idaho, where he was taking his boot training. Funeral services were held Monday at Lilly's funeral home in Des Moines, with burial in Glendale cemetery.

Seaman Marsh moved to Granger in 1938 from Girard, Kan. He entered the navy Feb. 8. Survivors are his widow, Louise; father W. E. Marsh, Dallas Center, Iowa; two sisters, Mrs. Dave Crawley, Waukee, and Mrs. Hiram Townsend, Waterloo and four brothers, Joseph Marsh, Hanford, Wash.; Charles Marsh and John Marsh, both of Waukee and Robert Marsh, Granger.
