Betty Wilkerson, 79, died Sunday, September 25, 2011, at the Taylor House in Des Moines. She was born May 27, 1932, in Des Moines to Rex and Dorthea Cockerham.
Betty is survived by her sons, Dennis (Julie) Wilkerson, Mike Wilkerson; grandsons, Jeff (Amy) Wilkerson and Blake Wilkerson; granddaughters, Jenna Wilkerson and Tannah Wilkerson.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, September 29, 2011, at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, 1 NE 60th Ave., Des Moines. The family will greet friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 28 at Hamilton's near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Taylor House in loving memory of Betty.
