Dies at Age 84

Mrs. Grace R. White, 84, of the Crestview Acres Retirement Home in West Des.Moines, died Wednesday at the Garden Court Nursing Home after an illness of one week.

Mrs. White was born in Green Bay,Wis., and moved to Des Moines from Chicago, Ill., five years ago. She belonged to the O.E.S., White Shrine and the Rebekah Lodge.She was affliated with the Episcopal Church.

Survivors include three step-daughters, Mrs. Eli. C. Eisele of Omaha, Neb., and Mrs. R.A. Peterson and Mrs. M.S. Plumly, both of Des Moines; three step grandchildren, and 11 step-great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Keota. Burial will be at the Keota Cemetery.
