Services for Rolla D. Howard, 82, of 1210 Sixty-fifth St., who died of a heart attack Sunday at his home, will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Hamilton's Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Howard, a retired polisher for an aircraft manufacturing company, was born in Ankeny and lived in Polk City before moving to Des Moines about 48 years ago.

Survivors include his wife Alice; a daughter, Mrs. Grace Tweedt of Slater; two sons, Ivan of Ankeny and Elmer of Des Moines; a brother, Ward, and a sister, Alta Howard, both of Des Moines; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
