Dennis Rynearson, 58, of Maxwell passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at the Israel Family Hospice House in Ames with his loving family by his side. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at 11 a.m. in the Memorial Lutheran Church, in Nevada, with Pastor David Burling officiating. A visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 9:30 a.m.

Clarence "Dennis" Rynearson was born on April 15, 1953 to George Rynearson and Mary Cello in Des Moines, Iowa. He attended school in Des Moines. After school he married Susan Morrison. Of this union two children were born. He was employed as a cement truck driver for various concrete companies, lastly employed with Mannats. Dennis married Sherry Nivarel on April 30, 2005 in Des Moines. In 2008 his health took a turn for the worst and he fought his courageous battle for the past three years. Dennis had a great love for his wife Sherry and enjoyed surprising her with gifts, spending time with his 3 dogs, he was an avid movie critic, and enjoyed reading.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife Sherry; daughter Lisa Rynearson; four step-sons Ryan Glasgow, Troy Glasgow, Travis Glasgow, and Brandon Glasgow; two nieces Kenice (Ben) Davis, and Niki Billington; two nephews Silas Billington, and Nole Billington; two step-grandchildren Logan and Chloe Glasgow; and a sister-in-law Rebecca Davis.

Dennis was preceded in death by his wife Susan, a son Matthew, his father, and his sister Genevia Billington.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
