Dorotha "Dot" Gail Mally, 88, of Berwick died of a stroke and heart attack Friday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hamilton's near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Berwick Cemetery.

Mrs. Mally, a homemaker, was born in Des Moines and had lived in Berwick most of her life. She was a member of Berwick Congregational Church and Berwick Ladies Aid.

Surviving are a daughter, Diane Williamson of Earlham; a son, Michael of Des Moines; a brother, Jack Clark of Wichita, KS; 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
