David Clark Mally, 33, of Berwick, was killed Saturday in a car accident on Interstate Highways 35-80 between the Des Moines River and the Merle Hay Road exit.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Hamilton's Funeral Home with burial at Berwick.

A native of Des Moines, Mr. Mally lived in Berwick most of his life. He was a truck driver for J. and S. Trucking Co. and was a member of Berwick United Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife, Judy; four sons and four daughters, John, Randy, Ricky, David Jr., Linda, Penny, Shellie and Kimberly, all at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Marion Mally, Berwick; a brother, Michael, Berwick; a sister, Mrs. Jim Williamson, Ankeny; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Elsie M. Clark, and his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Florence Mally, both of Des Moines.
