Olive Wheeler

Services for Olive M. Wheeler, 94, of Ankeny, who died Friday at Sunnyview Care Center in Ankeny of congestive heart failure, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Ankeny Funeral Home, with burial at Oralabor Cemetery, Ankeny.

A lifelong resident of the Ankeny are, Mrs. Wheeler worked for Ankeny Locker Service until she retired a few years ago. She was a member of the United Church of Christ in Ankeny.

Survivors include one son, Charles Wheeler of Ames; a daughter Alma Porter of Ankeny; two sisters, Georgia West and Cora Boozel, both of Ankeny, seven grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be after 11 a.m. today at the funeral home.
