Heidi "Susie" Van Wey, 36, died Wednesday, July 15, 2009. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Monday, July 20, at Evangelical Covenant Church, 2625 Hubbell Ave. with burial following at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, at the church.

Memorials may be made to the Heidi S. Van Wey Memorial Fund, c/o Wells Fargo Bank.
