Arthur A. Gooden

Services for Arthur A. Gooden, 55, of rural Mitchellville, will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Mitchellville United Methodist Church with burial at the Mitchellville Cemetery. Mr. Gooden died Friday of cancer.

A native of Minnesota, he lived for many years in Mitchellville. He was a retired employe of the Firestone Tire and Rubber Co., and was a member of the American Legion Post in Mitchellville.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley; a stepson, Charles Seals of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Sigmund of Mitchellville and a sister, Mrs. Charles Klennert of Swatara, Minn.
