Julia Darlene Howard, 76, of Mena, Arkansas, died December 20, 2007. Julia is survived by her daughter, Robbin Leigh(Paul R.)McAllister; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a sister, Ev Wissler; two brothers; Frank "Buzz" (Joy)Brackett and Ron(Melisa)Brackett. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert J. Howard; mother, Olive Joy Brackett and brother, Larry W. Brackett.

Graveside services will be held 2p.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at Pine Hill Cemetery. Family will visit with friends from 5 to 7p.m. Tuesday at Hamilton's near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines, Iowa
