DEATH'S SHADOW. A cruel case of bereavement is that of MR WM. SCHULZE, of East Des Moines. Yesterday's Register contained that announcement of the death of his youngest child, a boy of tender age. The same day his oldest child, a girl of six years, crossed the dark river and left the household desolate. The disease in each case was diptheria. The funeral of the last victim will take place at 5 o'clock, this evening, from 122 East Second Street.
