I'm thinking your Laura E. Schoonover born 1872 died 1954 and Harry P Schoonover born 1872 died 1941 are buried here in Humboldt Co Iowa. At Union Cemetery in Humboldt on the Northwest part of town. Block 14 Lot 24
Chamberlains were here also in Humboldt Iowa and are related into my mothers side of the family the Clarks. I don't have any history on them though. There is also Schoonovers in Eagle Grove Iowa and are buried there in that cemetery. Then they were also down at Lehigh Iowa in Webster Co years ago and some may be buried there and possibly Webster City Hamilton Co Iowa or records maybe also in Ft Dodge Iowa Webster Co Iowa. I don't know if the death records are in Humboldt Co
We didn't have a hospital here at that time and it depends on where they died at. Also if they lived at all around Gilmore City or went to the doctor there. It depends on what side of main street the doctor office was on.The county line for Humboldt and Pocahontas Co go down the middle of main street. Also in Appanoose Co Queries a lady was hunting for Shoonovers at one time.
