Christina Keihn

Christina (Tena) Keihn, 90, who lived most of her life in LeMars, died April 9, 1982, at Plymouth Manor Care Center, where she had lived for several years.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church in LeMars. Rev. Robert Hanthorn will officiate and burial will be in LeMars Memorial cemetery under direction of the Mauer funeral home in LeMars.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Feb. 22, 1957; a son, Eugene; her parents; four brothers and three sisters.

Mrs. Keihn was a member of the Baptist church and its women’s groups.

Christina Anderson was born Nov. 11, 1891, at Fremont, Neb., to Marinus and Katherine Nelson Anderson. She married Edward W. Keihn June 15, 1915, in Manila, Iowa.

Survivors are four sons, Edward of San Francisco, Roy of Boston, Raymond of Palestine, Tex., and Charles William of San Diego.
