GERALDINE MCENIRY
Geraldine McEniry, 85, of Sioux City, formerly of Hinton, died Wednesday, September 1, 1999, at a Sioux City nursing home. Services were held at Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel. Burial was in Graceland Park Cemetery Sioux City. Mrs. McEniry was born August 11, 1914, in Hinton, the daughter of George and Vera Marguerite (Lawrence) Ellison. She married John McEniry on November 12, 1949, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She attended the University of Minnesota and taught country school in the Minneapolis and Hinton areas. She was a member of Grace Evangelical Church. Survivors include her husband; a son John of Sioux City; two daughters and their husband Mary and Peter Holmes of England and Laura and Tom Cameron of Tulsa, Oklahoma; a sister and her husband Jean and Raymond Swanson of Hinton ; Five grandchildren.
