JULIA M. BAACK

Julia M. Baack, 78, of Hinton, died Saturday (June 11, 1988) following a brief illness.

Funeral was at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Trinity Lutheran Church at rural Hinton. Rev. Jerry Hahn officiated. Burial was in Memorial Cemetery in LeMars.

Mrs. Baack was born July 28, 1909, at Beresford, S.D. She was the daughter of Fred and Margaretha (Ressen) Husmann. She married Louis Baack Dec. 24, 1930, at LeMars. She was a homemaker.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church at Hinton.

Survivors are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Lyle (Shirley) Heien of LeMars and Mrs. Edward (Judy) Nelson of Sioux City; three brothers, Alfred of Westfield, Henry of Westbrook, Minn., and Albert of Merrill; three sisters, Catherine Husmann of Cherokee, Mrs. Clarence (Christina) Carstensen and Mrs. Frank (Dorothy) Madden, both of LeMars; four grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Fred and John.

Pallbearers were Wayne Heien, David Husmann, Calvin Husmann, Richard Husmann, Lyle Diekberf and Bryan Nelson.
