Funeral services for Mrs. Helen Martens, 43, of Akron, who died in a New York City hospital following surgery were held today at 2 p.m. at Akron. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery. Mrs. Martens had been in foreign service in Burma and returned to New York because of her sickness. Besides the widower, she is survived by her father, Frank Bennett, of LeMars, a brother and three sisters.
