PARENTS: daughter of Joseph H. and Ann (Jacobi) Plendl
SPOUSE & DATE of MARRIAGE: Peter Kneip, Aug. 29, 1933
PLACE OF MARRIAGE:
OCCUPATION: The couple farmed south of LeMars in America Township for many years before retiring and moving to LeMars in 1974. He died March 8, 1981.
SURVIVORS: include a daughter and her husband, Marlene and LeRoy Harpenau of LeMars; four sons and their wives, Kenneth and Sally, Roddy and Connie, and Gary and Janice, all of LeMars; and Norman and Carole of Knoxville, Iowa; 20 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: three sisters, Mrs. Jack (Mae) Kessenich, Mrs. Henry (Veronica) Ruether, and Mrs. Wilbert (Regina) Digman; and a granddaughter, Linda Kneip.
