OCCUPATION: The couple made their home in Ipswich. He was a partner in the Kolker, Kolker, Fritz, Hogan & Johnson Law Firm out of Aberdeen. He was in charge of the Ipswich office. He served as Edmunds County states attorney for a number of years and the Ipswich city attorney for a time. He quit his practice three years ago due to his health.
SURVIVORS: include his wife; four sons, Chris of Kadoka, Jim and Dan, both of Minneapolis, and Patrick of Ipswich; his mother, Genevieve and a brother, Richard, both of Groton.
