OCCUPATION: The couple moved to Ida Grove in 1964, where he worked for Gomaco as a mechanical draftsman for many years, retiring because of poor health.
SURVIVORS: include his wife; two daughters and their husbands, Kelly and Scott Keiter of Hartington, Neb., and Lisa and Steve Hartman of Dunlap; two sons, Barry Kurth of Dallas, Texas, and Brian and his wife, Kay Kurth of Sioux City; five grandchildren; two sisters and their husbands, Mary and Lyle Rosburg of Mapleton and Charlene and Delmar Lehner of Archer; six brothers, Lawrence and his wife Armella of Scottsdale, Ariz., Paul and his wife, Rosie of LeMars, Robert and his wife Audrey of LeMars, Bud and his wife, Judy of Estherville and Joe Kurth of Englewood, Colo.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: his parents and an infant sister, Anna Margaret Kurth.
