WAS PLYMOUTH COUNTY PIONEER

Funeral services were held in Merrill, Tuesday, for Mrs. Emma Woodruff, 93, who passed away in Alma, Washington, April 11. Mrs. Woodruff was the wife of Charles Woodruff and lived in LeMars and Merrill vicinity for many years.

She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Lela Howes, Mrs. Fred Gowan, and Mrs. Carl Freeman, all of Alma, and Mrs. Emma Hansen, of Aberdeen, S.D.

Services were held at the Merrill Methodist church at 2:30 p.m. Thursday and interment was in the Merrill cemetery.
