Mrs. Harvey E. Taylor
Mrs. Harvey E. Taylor, 69, of Akron, died April 9, 1976 at the Akron hospital of long illness.
Services were at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Plymouth Presbyterian church, rural Akron. Rev. Howard Marty officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery. There was a prayer service a 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Schroeder funeral home at Akron. Rev. Durwood Clauson of Trinity Lutheran church of Akron officiated.
Mrs. Taylor, the former Anna Siebens, was born Jan. 2, 1907 in Johnson township, rural Akron. She was married March 12, 1930 near Akron. They farmed near Akron until 1952, and moved to town. The last 10 years she has operated the Taylor drapery shop. She was a member of the home culture club and the Farmerettes club.
Survivors are her husband; a son, Stanley of Aurora, Colo.; a daughter, Karen at home; three grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Glen Gabel of Akron, and Martha Siebens of Pompano Beach, Fla.; brothers, Sieben and John, both of Akron, and Andrew of LeMars.
