MRS. GRACE DUNN
LE MARS, Iowa --- Mrs. Grace (Albert) Dunn, 86, of LeMars, died Friday, May 17, 1991, at Floyd Valley Hospital in LeMars.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Seney United Methodist Church in Seney, with the Rev. Dr. Howard Marty officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery in LeMars. Mauer-Johnson Funeral Home of LeMars is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Dunn, the former Grace Nanninga, was born Aug. 4, 1904, in Sioux County, Iowa, the daughter of Conrad F. and Annie (McDougall) Nanninga. She was a lifelong Plymouth County resident. On March 14, 1925, she married Clarence E. Albert in LeMars. He died Feb. 25, 1955. She married LeRoy F. Albert June 10, 1956, in San Jose, Calif. He died Dec. 14, 1961. She married Rev. George Dunn Jan. 25, 1964, in Sioux Falls, S.D. He died Jan. 13, 1973.
Mrs. Dunn was a member of the Seney United Methodist Church and the UMW.
Survivors include a daughter, Helen Schulz, and her husband, Herman, of LeMars; two sons Harold Albert and his wife, M. Janice, and Earl Albert and his wife, Janice E., all of LeMars; a step-daughter, Ferne Obye, and her husanbe, Charles, of Sun City, Ariz.; a stepson, Donald Dunn, and his wife, Marty, of DesMoines; two brothers, Lloyd Nanninga of LeMars and Orville Nanninga and his wife, Anne, of Atascadero, Calif.; two sisters, Helen Mock of Santa Clara, Calif., and Maggie May Coppock and her husband, Ashton, of Mesa, Ariz.; eight grandchildren, Albert Schulz and his wife, Donna, of Ireton, Daniel Albert and his wife, Julie, Steven Albert, Ann Schulz, Kathryn Albert, Karen Jurrens and her husband, Darwin, and Gayle Vonk and her husband, Dennis, all of LeMars and Lorraine DeJong and her husband, Joel, of Sioux City; and nine great-grandchildren, Patrick Schulz, Christopher Albert, Michael Jurrens, Shallynn Schulz, Allison Vonk, Ashley Vonk, Kaitlin DeJong, Mary Albert, and Kristin Jurrens.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Alex Nanninga and Howard Nanninga.
