MISS ETHEL BRYANT, FORMER TEACHER HERE
DIES AT LINCOLN, NEB.Mrs. Cloyde Woodke has received word that Miss Ethel Bryant, a teacher in the schools at Lincoln, Neb., for 22 years, died at a Lincoln hospital Wednesday, April 29. She has been a hospital patient for several months.
Funeral services were held Friday, May 2, at Lincoln at Roper and Sons Chapel, the Rev. William Cross officiating. Burial was at Wyuka (Cemetery.)
The daughter of the late Judge and Mrs. Wilbur Bryant, Miss Bryant spent most of her life at Hartington and Lincoln. She attended Yankton College and received her B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Nebraska.
She was a member of the faculties of the LeMars and Fort Dodge schools. Miss Bryant made many friends while teaching here.
Survivors include a brother, Donovan K. Bryant, of Omaha.
