Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Utech, living in Elgin township, are called upon to mourn the loss of their two-year-old boy, Elmer, who died on Wednesday about noon after a brief illness. Elmer was the youngest son and the pet of the family. The child, had recently, recovered from a severe attack of summer complaint, but the disorder was followed by a number of abscesses from which blood poisoning developed.

Elmer Utech was aged two years, seven months and fifteen days, having been born on February 6, 1908, and died on September 21. His death is a sad blow to his parents and they have, the sympathy of the community. The funeral will be held from the residence in Elgin township this afternoon at one o'clock and at two o'clock at the Methodist church, Rev. G. F. Whitfield and Rev. C. E, Stevens, of Seney, officiating.
