MRS. SALINA HAUSER DIED MONDAY

Born In London, Settled On Homestead With Parents In Washington Township

Mrs. Salina hauser, nee Pritchard, died in the home of her son, John Hauser, at midnight between Monday and Tuesday this week at the age of 73 years.

Mrs. Hauser was born in London, December 24, 1854, and when she was 7 years old she came to the United States with her parents, settling in Washington township on a homestead in the early 60's. She was married in 1873 to Godfrey Hauser, living first in Plymouth county, but 24 years ago Mr. and Mrs. Hauser went to Salem, S. D., where he died last May 11 months ago.

Mrs. Hauser is survived by three children, John Hauser of Le Mars; Mrs. John Beckeberg, elbow Lake, Minn.; Percy Hauser, Sioux Falls. One daughter, Mrs. Josphine Parker, of Adaville, died 12 years ago. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

The funeral was held from the Hauser home Friday at 1 o'clock, and services were held at 2 o'clock at the Methodist church Merrill, Rev. Mark Masters officiating. The White funeral home has charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Hauser was the youngest of a family of 18, and the last to die. The body was buried in the Crathorne cemetery, where her relatives have been interred.
