Obituary

W. Russel Clark

W. Russel Clark, 79, Akron, died Wednesday at his residence after suffering a heart attack.

Funeral services will be Saturday at Emmanuel Lutheran church with Rev. David J. Roy officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery at Akron under direction of the Schroeder funeral home. A prayer service will be held at 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

He was born July 29,1889, in Indiana and had been employed 20 years by Plymouth County as a road grader operator and several years in the Akron area. He was married to Minnie Jurgensen Mar. 7, 1912, at Akron.

Survivors are his wife; two daughters,Mrs. Elmer Oltmanns, Brunsville, and Mrs. Elmer Schmidt, Akron; two sons, Lloyd, Akron, and Arnold, Spencer; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
