Mrs. Theron Leekley, age 63, died last Tuesday, November 3 , at the Akron Hospital after a long illness.

Funeral services were held Friday, November 6 at the United Methodist Church with Rev. Ralph Burdette officiating. Songs "How Great Thou Art" and "Steal Away" were sung by Daryl J. Siebens , accompanied by Mrs. Orin Harris, organist Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, under the direction of the Schroeder funeral home.

Pallbearers were Roy Postlewait, Belmar Banks, Leonard Jurgens, Floyd Hughes, Harry Kroll and Arden Banks.

The former Dena Vogt, she was born November 13,1906, at North Loup, Nebraska. She was married June 8, 1928 at Dallas, S.D. She resided in the Westfield rural are a retiring in 1964. She was a member of the United Methodist church, Mr. Leekley died in 1965.

Survivors are: two sons, Dale and Edmund of Westfield; four daughters, Thea of Hill, Minn., Leola of Akron, Mrs. Stanley Krosch of Kingsley, Mrs. Joseph Smith of Biloxi, Miss.; a brother , Otto Vogt of Lincoln; a sister, Mrs. Elsie Kieper of Milltown, S.D. and 14 grandchildren.
